A stranger messages at one o’clock. By quarter past she has picked a trainer, paid, and booked herself in.

Prospect: Hi! Can you tell me more about EMS?
Studio assistant: 20 minutes in a light wireless suit. Gentle impulses fire up to 98% of your muscles at once, loading the muscle, not your joints. No weights needed, but you can add them. When would suit you — studio or at home? Any trainer preference?
Prospect: Tuesday evening, at the studio. Female if possible, something calm and friendly.
Studio assistant: Tuesday at 7pm is free. I would suggest Nathalia — she specialises in Yoga and Pilates, and is very calm and intentional. We offer an introduction session for £60, as well as packages and memberships.
Prospect: Trial please
Studio assistant: Here is the link — £60, valid 30 days.
Studio assistant: Payment received. Shall we confirm Tuesday at 7pm with Nathalia?
Prospect: Yes
Studio assistant: Booked — Tuesday at 7pm with Nathalia. See you then!
